Sticking with family tradition was the theme this holiday. I decided to make homemade noodles to go with honey mustard glaze salmon and steamed broccoli and carrots. Since the noodles are a family recipe it made things feel extra homey. So because we weren’t able to travel home this year it was nice to have a little piece of it here in Canada.

{roll it out thin}

{after it has dried a little, roll it up}

{cut it up thin}

{shake them out periodically while drying}

{the dried noodles ready to cook}

{finished with homemade croutons}
