On our little trip to Granville Island we couldn’t resist picking up some fresh seafood. It was the very first time I have cooked lobster. My thought is as long as you have someone around to put the live lobsters in the pot it just might be the easiest meal ever to prepare. As for the clams I simply poured a lemon, garlic, butter sauce on them once they were steamed. It was such a decadent meal. Totally worth all the cracking, pulling, and mess.
