While scouting Pinterest for new recipes I came across this. Asparagus, goat cheese, and lemon pasta sounded delectable. It was light, easy, and I think it would be perfect for spring/summer dinners. I opted to change the pasta because I had shells on hand and I think it actually worked out better because the goat cheese melted into the shells like macaroni and cheese. I think it would be perfect for a dinner party or any kind of entertaining (because it taste just as good when cold). I would definitely recommend giving it a try!
